Our rates are based on volume or how much space your items take up. You will only be charged for the amount of items you have and the amount of space they take up. 03. Why Can’t An Exact Price Be Quoted Before Arrival ?
JBC Junk Removal is unable to give a firm quote for your job until we are able to see the items you are wanting removed, the accessibility and distance we will need to travel to get your item back to our trailer. Upon arrival, our crew will provide you with a firm up-front quote. Our pricing is based on volume and the nature of the items to be loaded into the truck and we stand by our quotes.
04. Does JBC Junk Removal Recycle?
JBC Junk Removal is a committed, eco-friendly recycling company. Up to 60% of the junk we remove is recycled on an ongoing basis. We make every effort to responsibly recycle, reuse, repurpose or donate the items we take away.
05. Why Are There Surcharges For Certain Items?
Some area disposal facilities don’t accept particular items for regular disposal and/or charge extra for environmental recycling efforts. As a result, a subject surcharge is sometimes added to our regular load charge due to the extra cost to haul, separate and properly recycle items in an eco-friendly way. Common items include: Mattresses, Tires and Paint.
01. Does JBC Junk Removal Remove Hazardous Waste?
We do not accept chemicals or any other hazardous waste (paints, chemicals, solvents, oils etc). We do accept paint in small amounts as we can quickly harden it and make it environmentally safe to dispose. We will also be happen to provide information on where you can find environmentally safe ways to dispose of most hazardous waste in your area.
02. Does JBC Junk Removal Work With Commercial Clients?
Yes, JBC Junk Removal is a full-service residential and commercial junk removal service. We regularly work with property managers, apartment complexes, storage unit facilities, hotels, senior living facilities and many other office and commercial businesses to handle all of their removal needs.
03. Will JBC Junk Removal Show Up Even If No One is On-Site?
We prefer that someone is there on-site when our crew arrives. If no one is on location, our crew will assess the junk items and load size (assuming it is accessible), to determine pricing and will call to confirm a quote over the phone. Upon your approval, we will accept payment via a credit/debit card that has been saved on file and then get started right away. Once the job is complete, we will send before and after photos via email/text to ensure you’re 100% satisfied.
